Membership is separate

Joining, profiles, messaging, payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds all happen in the members area at members.blackbookofsex.com. They are governed by the members-area terms and privacy policy, not by these terms. Read those before you join or pay. Among other things, they are governed by Delaware law and include an arbitration clause and a class-action waiver.

Adults only

This website is for adults aged 18 and over. In Alabama, Mississippi, Nebraska and Wyoming, membership of the service is open only to those aged 21 and over. If you are under the age that applies to you, leave now.
