Everything goes through one door: the members help centre. Use it for your account, for billing, for reporting a member and for telling us about a mistake on this website.
Account and billing
For anything about your profile, a payment or a renewal, use the help centre. It helps to log in first. If you've forgotten your password, use the reset link on the login page.
Two things you can do yourself, any time:
- Stop a renewal: Settings > Billing.
- Delete your account: avatar > Settings > Delete Account.
The prices page explains renewals and where refunds are covered.
Reporting a member
If someone asks for money, threatens you or makes you uneasy, report their profile through the help centre with their username and screenshots. If you've lost money, call your bank as well. Staying safe lists the police and scam-reporting services for the UK, US and Australia. In an emergency, call 999 (UK), 911 (US) or 000 (Australia).
